Been awhile since I've posted but the Backyard Brawl was a game of 2 halves. WVU had a semi bad first half but had a great second half.

Certain people keep saying that Pat White isn't a good passer but he was 11 for 16 and had 204 yards and 2 touchdowns and NO interceptions. This is what kept us in the game during the first half.

What was a good sign for WVU is that they only had 4 penalties for 40 yards. That was the fewest penalties for the season and the least amount of yardage due to penalties. The most penalties happened in the Cincinnati game where there was 12 called and the most yardage lost to penalties was during the Mississippi State game when there was 132 yards lost.

Now if we can just win out and have some help.

USC still has to play California, Notre Dame and UCLA.
Florida still has to play West Carolina, Florida State and the SEC championship game.
Notre Dame still has to play Army and USC.
Rutgers still has to play Cincinnati, Syracuse and WVU.
Arkansas still has to play Mississippi State, LSU and the possible SEC championship game.
LSU still has to play Ole Miss, Arkansas and the possible SEC championship game if they have help.

As you can see WVU needs a lot of help from many fronts to be able to play in the BCS championship game.
